Founder
Born in Bergamo (BG) on 4.8.71. He graduated in 1999 from the University of Milan, with a thesis in criminal law entitled "The crime of false corporate communications", supervisor Prof. Giorgio Marinucci.He founded the Bonacina Law & Tax Firm in 2007. He has been a member of the Milan Bar since May 2007 and is qualified to practice before the Court of Cassation and higher courts.
From 2001 to 2016, he collaborated with the University of Bergamo as an expert and tutor in criminal law and economic criminal law, initially at the chair of Professor Francesco Tagliarini and later at that of Professor Pietro Semeraro.
In the course of his professional career, he has had the opportunity to plead in significant criminal trials concerning corporate, bankruptcy, tax, financial market protection and industrial property offences.
In recent years, he has developed a strong interest in computer crimes and, in addition to having handled several criminal proceedings concerning such crimes, he has participated in numerous training events on the subject.
In 2025, he attended a specialization course in Juvenile Criminal Law organized by the Milan Bar Association and is currently registered on the Milan Bar Association's list of juvenile defense attorneys. Born in Treviglio (BG) on 18.4.85. She graduated in 2010 from the University of Milan, with a thesis in criminal law, special part, entitled "The crime of stalking: a comparison between English and Italian law", supervisor Prof. Francesco Viganò.She has been a member of the Milan Bar since January 2014. In 2016, she attended the specialisation course in Juvenile Criminal Law organised by the Milan Bar Association and is currently enrolled in the list of child defenders of the Milan Bar Association.
From March to June 2022 she attended and passed the specialisation course in Legal instruments for preventing and combating gender violence', organised by the University of Milan - Faculty of Law, Coordinator Prof. D'Amico.
From September to November 2022, she attended the professional training course against violence against women 'Prevention, contrast and support interventions in favour of women victims of violence - 6th edition', organised by the Council of the Bar Association of Milan and the Lombardy Region.
She has been included in the list, published in the BURL - Ordinary Series no. 16, Regional Announcement 11 April 2023 - no. 46, of lawyers who have successfully attended the professional training course on combating violence against women, aimed at guaranteeing free legal assistance to women victims of violence.

Born in Milan (MI) on 4.11.97. She graduated in 2021 from the University of Milan Bicocca, with a thesis in criminal procedure entitled 'Plea bargaining in Italy and the USA: a comparative analysis', supervisor Prof. Oliviero Mazza.She began her training at Studio Legale & Tributario Bonacina in September 2021 as a trainee lawyer.
She has been a member of the Milan Bar since June 2024. Born in Seriate (BG) on 6.11.1987. He graduated in Law from the University of Bergamo in 2012 with a thesis in criminal law entitled “Failure to report and omission of reporting,” supervised by Prof. Pietro Semeraro. He then attended the School of Specialization for Legal Professions at the University of Milan and in 2019 obtained a second level Master's degree in Public Procurement and Contracts at the Polytechnic University of Milan.He has been registered with the Milan Bar Association since September 2017.
From 2018 to 2022, he was a lecturer in civil procedural law at the University of Bergamo. From 2018 to 2020, he was an adjunct professor of civil procedural law at the School of Specialization for Legal Professions at the University of Brescia.
Since 2017, he has been practicing law in Milan and Bergamo. He deals with civil and corporate litigation, with a particular focus on contracts, inheritance, property rights, compensation for damages, family law, and arbitration.
He has published articles in specialist journals on corporate and procedural matters, contributions on the Code of Business Crisis and Insolvency, and the monograph “Il Giudicato – ricognizioni e proposte interpretative” (The Judgment – reviews and interpretative proposals) published by Pacini Giuridica.Of Counsel
She was born in Garbagnate Milanese (MI) on 7.5.1990. She graduated cum laude in Economic and Business Sciences in 2014 from the University of Milan Bicocca, with a thesis in bankruptcy law.After professional practice at leading Milan firms, she qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in 2016, winning the “Dr. Giuseppe Masciocchi” scholarship established by the Italian Association of Certified Public Accountants. In 2017, she became a statutory auditor.
In 2022 she founded Studio SF Consulting dealing, essentially, with ordinary and extraordinary accounting and tax consulting, generational transition and tax litigation.
